Yes. We carry some of the most popular brands in the world like Coke, Pepsi, Frito Lay, Mars, and M&Ms. We also carry many smaller high-quality brands with new innovative product or items specifically designed for the vending industry. By offering different brands, we try to create a product mix at each location that will keep a wide variety of customers happy.
Yes. We do carry a variety of healthy alternatives. Some items like nuts or trail mix are in almost every snack machine. Other items like dried fruits are only available at select locations. We work with our contact at every location to put together the right product mix. Generally this includes traditional less healthy items and some more healthy alternatives.
Fresh foods are not common offerings at our locations, but we have options from fresh food machines to self-serve micro markets. If you think your location would be able to support a fresh food program, please speak with us.
Most products are not local, but almost all of them are domestic. Additionally, we work with a wide variety of local suppliers and distributors that have local employees and facilities.
Please do! We love it when people request additions to machines. It is very important to us that we keep our customers happy. But, please keep in mind that each addition requires the removal of something else and sometimes we are not able to add items based on a request from one individual. We do our best to honor as many requests as possible.
We can offer non-food items at the right location.
All machines accept nickels, dimes, quarters, and dollar bills. Some machines will accept higher denominations of bills including $5 and maybe even $10.
Some locations accept company or student ID cards that provide access to a cash balance.
Almost all of our machines have readers that accept a variety of cashless payment options, like credit cards, debit cards and cell phone payments.
We can offer coffee service.
Most machines are re-stocked once a week on the same day each week. Some machines require refills more frequently and some require refills less frequently. This depends on a variety of factors. In general, we try to fill machines before they run out of any items.
Refunds are handled in a variety of ways. Some locations coordinate refunds through a specific contact person other locations have specific ways of managing refunds. Everyone can fill out this form: (include link) to request a refund and we will make sure you get your money back.
Sometimes we offer discounts on specific items or promote new or special items in a machine. This varies by location.
We can offer both Coke and Pepsi products at the same location. Sometimes we can do this in the same machine, other locations require multiple machines.
Maybe. It is frequently possible to make some money by adding vending machines to your location, but sometimes it isn't desirable. If we agree to offer commissions, this is an added cost to our company and has to be reflected in the prices. Most companies would rather have cheaper products for their employees than to make a small amount of money off of them. If you would like vending machines for use by your customers commission makes more sense.
